Taking measure in our times

Where is our outrage against this persistent corruption in America?

without comments

Karl Denninger is really on to something.  He is really tapping into the anger and frustration that we as a people seem to have a lack of in this great country.  I know we are all busy with our day to day lives but now is the time to start taking action or this great bastion of freedom, liberty and opportunity is going to slip away and one day we will all wake up servants to the same apparatus that this country was founded in opposition too.

This is not a Democrat or Republican issue or a left or right agenda.    Both parties are equally guilty in not holding up justice or fairness on almost every issue if not every single one across the board.  This has happened through the special interest that has guided the legislative process into areas that really do not help all the people.  Laws need to be fair to all not just a select few.   Have we all lost our stomach for outrage and holding people accountable?  Do we not want to look to investigate crimes that have taken place because “we don’t want to look to the past”?  Well “I” for one say “No”.  We need to investigate, prosecute where crimes have taken place and set the precedent that sets a legal standard that is right and justly.

Karl has the courage to not sit back and just take but to speak out and confront the issues we face.  I hope you take the video to heart and it gets you motivate to take action and ask your representatives why we are not doing more even if it is not the politically safe option.
